It's not because I got 4 avocado/tomato/lettuce/mustard sandwiches in the deli today, not because I got large vegetable rice and veggie soup from King's Buffet, it's not because I am going to bed and don't have to wake up early tomorrow.
It's because, comparatively, I am content and happy.
Things seem to be falling into their places, I feel more in control of my body, environment is becoming more predictable, and just realization that these may have been the happiest years of my life (comparatively), makes me experience less tension. I should be able to fall asleep better tonight.
