political weekdays

Very busy day at work, but tomorrow will not be any less stressful.  After work I saw Alice and bought lots of seaweed that I ate after acupuncture session.  Noticed that I spent a lot of money this week for various needs/causes.  Tomorrow is my birthday.  I got birthday cards from coworker, from auto car insurance agent and from dentist.  I am boiling a pouch of small Klondike Gourmet potatoes for late dinner.   I will continue playing Tropico 4 and hopefully will get more sleep hours tonight.

almost birthday time

On Monday my good coworker was nice enough to take me and another worker to a Georgian restaurant.  The food was unbelievably tasty, much better than any Georgian food I had before.  My grandmother is still in the hospital, will go to rehabilitation center tomorrow.  I've been spending most of my time playing Tropico 4: the free weekend was over and I decided the game worth the bucks, so I bought it along with three or four DLCs.  It's after 1am and I guess it's a good time to go to bed.  Yesterday was a very busy day at work, today it was very slow.  Maybe because it was raining all day.  It is more than likely that this weekend my family and myself will celebrate my birthday in a Japanese mall's restaurant.  It is also a possibility that I will buy a new suit.  I was thinking about light marine color.

It's Tropico 4 free weekend.  Today is Mother's Day.  I have a headache that is hard to get rid of.  For me it will be a pain medication day.  I will see my parents and help them with computer.  Saw several dreams tonight, it was wonderful: some polar region covered in snow year-around.  Of course, later I had the usual dreams...

full stomach - happy thoughts

Just ate a bagel and then a full hero bread with fried eggplant from Meats Supreme on Avenue U and W6th Street: more expensive than Met's, but worth every penny.  Also chugging Simply Lemonade, one of the most excellent lemonades in Brooklyn.  It's Canadian actually.  Now I'm going to light up Seven Stars cigarette and enjoy life.  Tomorrow I will stay at home, not going to visit parents.  I'll see them on Sunday, help w/computer related stuff.  Grandmother is in hospital, nothing serious or new, but she'll stay there until Monday, so my socially responsible schedule is changed for this week.  Already passed Rune game, now playing the same game with other options.  I have a feeling tomorrow will be a very good day.  Hopefully, I am not mistaken.

Finished replaying Max Payne 2, bought a 10 bucks game of poker mixed with some RPG elements: simple yet somewhat exciting.  The game is called Runespell: Overture.  I've been playing it for two days now, still not bored, which is more than I can say for much fancier game like Dead Island.  The day at work was busy and tomorrow will be busy as well, unless there will be a day-long rain.  It's starting to drip now, weather channel predicts there will be a full rain later in the evening and tomorrow.  I had tomatoes, tomato basil soup and diet Coke for lunch.  Later I snaked on Trail Mix-like stuff.  Just ate the rest of hard tofu, half of old bagel, pickled cabbage, a sheet of seaweed paper, a clove of garlic and espresso.  Planning to finish this evening playing Runespell.

candy for self-indulgent

Decided to pre-purchase Steam's Max Payne 3 after finding out the game will be released for same price as Steam's Max Payne All-Three-Games pack.  Played Max Payne 1 for last two days and just finished it.  Even though it's been more than a decade when I played it, game is still exciting. In the next few days I will be replaying Max Payne 2.  Also, found out there will be another delay for this game.  At least I'll have it as soon as it will be available.  The best way tax refund money can be spent!

Came back from general cleaning with dental hygienist.  That's another half of weekly paycheck, because apparently I am more tartar-prone than usual customers.  Next cleaning is in August.  Bought UFO Afterlight for 3 dollars: it turned out to be much less worthy than it's sale price, so I am canning it.  Slowly playing Age of Empires Online.  It's more exciting than visit to dentist, but not significantly so.  It was a quiet day at work.  Weather was sunny, evening is windy and cold.  Life goes on.
